ORCHARD MESA, Colo. (KKCO) -- The Mesa County Coroner, with the help of investigators, has identified the man who was found dead Monday in a wooded area of Orchard Mesa.
After an autopsy, the coroner ruled his death a homicide but has not released his identity.
The Mesa County Sheriff’s spokesperson says investigators are now looking for the vehicle that the victim was driving before he died: a 1999, four-door, dark blue Jeep Cherokee.
His body was found in the area of B ½ and 29 ¾ roads around 11:30 a.m. Monday.
The Sheriff’s Office is not releasing any other details at this time.
