GRAND JUNCTION, Colo (KKCO) A couple walking along the canal stumbled across the body and called police who removed the body a short time later. At this time the coroner's office is working to identify the body and name the cause of death. We will not have any more information about the body until police have identified the body and notified the appropriate parties.
