Colorado State Patrol reported to the scene of an accident after a Dodge caravan takes out a utility pole.
CSP says the car was traveling near G and 4/10 Road near 36 1/10 Road around 3 a.m. Saturday morning. The 21-year old driver veered off to the right side of the road, hit a rock and utility pole.
He was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured in the crash. No alcohol or drugs are suspected in the crash.
The Grand Junction man was cited for careless driving and a power company was called out to make repairs.
