Can't get us? Optimum signal issues

MESA COUNTY, Colo (KKCO) ____ KKCO 11 News viewers may be having a hard time watching their favorite NBC and MeTV programming if they're Optimum customers.

Late this afternoon, the cable company alerted us to an issue they've been working to fix. If you can't get our signal, please try turning everything off, (cable box, tv and all external inputs) then turning all devices on again. You can also try re-scanning for channels on your TV or cable box.

If that doesn't work, try calling Optimum/Bresnan at 888-909-HELP (4357).

KKCO 11 News Engineers have tested the KKCO and MeTV signals, they are being sent properly to cable and satellite providers.
