A car started on fire at the Albertson's on 12th street around 8 p.m.

A volunteer was picking up food for the Alzheimer's Walk when her vehicle burst into flames.

The food is salvagable, but the owner of the vehicle doesn't have fire coverage.

To help her cover the costs the Alzheimer's Association is setting up a fund to help raise money.

The fund will be available on Monday at the Alpine Bank.

The Alzheimer's Association is asking anyone who can help to contact them.
