Class teaches parents about pot and teens

MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KKCO) -- Local law enforcement is helping to keep legalized pot out of the hands of teens.

The Mesa County Sheriff's Office and Crime Stoppers are hosting another class on "Marijuana's Affect on the Teen Brain" Monday, Mar. 11 at 7:30 p.m.

The class filled up quickly last week, so you're encouraged to RSVP online in advance.

Tonight's class will be held at Canyon View Vineyard Church in the chapel building. Parents and teens of all ages are welcome to attend.
