PALISADE, Colo. (KKCO) -- A night of delicious delicacies returns to Palisade this spring.

Edesia: A Palisade Culinary, Wine and Spirits Adventure takes over the Wine Country Inn in Palisade on March 24.

This year, Alpine Bank will serve as presenting sponsor, while the title sponsor will be Remy Cointreau, a U.S. subsidiary of Remy Martin. The company-- known for its champagne cognacs --will be the exclusive spirits purveyor at this year's Edesia.

At the event, guests will be treated to food from 626 on Rood, Caroline's, the Tapestry Lounge, Smith Fork Ranch, Red Rose Café and more. The featured wineries have not been revealed.

Hourly food demonstrations will entertain the visitors, as will blues and pop singer Miss Emily and Frank-Sinatra-impresario Randy Fosburgh.

Tickets are $65 and will be available at Wine Country Inn, Alpine Bank, Marillac Clinic or online when they go on sale. Last year, the event raised $16,000 for the Marillac Clinic.
