Elections testing open to public

The Mesa County Elections Department is making sure your vote counts this November.

They've installed new voting equipment at the Grand Junction elections office, and today, they're making sure everything is running according to planned with logic and accuracy tests.

The Mesa County clerk and recorder invites the public to check out the testing of the new equipment today at 9 a.m. in the central services building, located at 200 South Spruce Street.

The test should take about three to four hours. You can reserve your spot by calling the clerk and recorder at 244-1662.
