GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. Enstrom employees are being recognized for their devotion to bringing local sweets to holiday tables.

Candy makers, factory packagers, office workers and candy sellers all got free scratch off cards from the Colorado Lottery Thursday.

The surprise visit from the Colorado Lottery is part of a campaign to thank those who put in extra effort to make everyone's holiday season special.

"This is the busiest time of the year," said Patrick Zachary, director of manufacturing at Enstrom Candies. "Everybody is working hard, you know, some extra hours. Everybody cares so much about what we do here at Enstrom."

Right now, Enstrom Candies is at the peak of production for their toffee, chocolate and other treats.
