FRUITA, Colo. (KKCO) - Great weather and plentiful entertainment made for a fabulous final day of the Fruita Fall Fest.
Locals enjoyed two live bands Sunday morning, over 100 vendors and an amusement park, all on Aspen Street in Fruita.
Chamber of Commerce officials estimate around 50,000 people attended the three-day event this year. Clothing, jewelry, Broncos gear and brew were all on hand.
Many headed out this weekend for the festival that has been 98 years in the making - a tradition that some locals have been looking forward to all year.
