GRAND JUNCTION Even though they have a big game tonight practice wasn't the only thing keeping the Grand Junction Rockies busy earlier today.

Two of the players made their way to Central Library for a bilingual story time, where they kept kids and family entertained with "Curious George at the Baseball Game."

Dom Nunez and Luis Castro took turns reading to the group in both English and Spanish.

"I think it's important for us because we have so many latin players and I think we are just trying to bring the community together," Nunez said.

After the story the players took some time to answer questions from the group, took pictures with the kids and signed a couple of autographs.
Nunez explained that many of their players come from Spanish speaking countries so all of the players and host families make an effort to learn each other's languages.
