MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KKCO) -- A Grand Junction man says he's guilty of leaving the scene of an accident involving death.
Cody Boden, 26, was arrested for failing to remain at the scene where Clifton mom Amber Davidovich, 32, was hit and killed on Main Street in October 2012.
According to witnesses, she tried to flag down a driver in a dark colored Dodge Dakota.
When it left, Davidovich was left injured on the ground. She died later that day at a hospital.
The other charges against Boden have been dropped. He'll be sentenced in July.
