Grand Junction, Colo. (KKCO) – Gas prices are on the rise again but there is some good news according to AAA. Colorado has the second cheapest gas prices. Here in the valley you can currently find a wide range of prices from $2.85 to $3.49.

AAA says we can expect gas prices to rise in February due to seasonal refinery actions. Even though we are below the national average price some here in the valley are already stating to feel the effects of the higher prices. "With the higher prices it's definitely harder to plan things. You never know if it's going to cost you $20 extra every time you fill up, or $20 less. That’s dinner for you and the family,” says Gary Hayden, a local Grand Junction business owner.
