Grand Junction, Colo. (KKCO) – It’s highly anticipated and a sign that summer is near, the start of the Downtown Farmers' Market. The festivities got started Thursday the 13th.
Main Street was packed with farmer's selling produce, live music, and fun for the entire family. The market always draws a good crowd of veteran shoppers and new comers to the area that are learning about the market first hand.
"I love it, it's very welcoming I like having the music at both ends, and in the middle and it's kind of a fun place to come hangout," says Robyn Thorne, who is new to the Valley.
The farmers market is now open for 15 weeks every Thursday night, from 5pm to 8:30pm.
The entertainment line-up changes week to week. Click on the link for more information.
