These days it's not uncommon to see a young student riding a bike to and from school, but the HOPE of the Grand Valley says not enough of them are wearing helmets.

That's why the local group is asking for your help to provide students with this extra head protection. HOPE of the Grand Valley is working with individual elementary schools to connect with children in need.

Already they've received a number of applications for helmets, and anticipate many more to come.
