GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – A volunteer information session will be hosted by Hospice & Palliative Care on Tuesday, Oct. 16. The session is mainly for anyone who is interested in learning more about opportunities in the Grand Junction area.

The volunteer meeting will take place at the Hospice Care Center in the Conference Room 101, on 3090 N. 12th Street Unit B. It will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Patient and family support, heirlooms for Hospice, and transportation support for patients are some of the positions available for volunteers.

The Hospice and Palliative Care needs your help with their patients at the Hospice Center, nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
