GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. Accused mom Heather Jensen is inching closer to seeing her day in court after a pre-trial conference Monday squared away last-minute questions.

The defense requested coordinating seats during the trial as they're worried seating will be limited for Jensen's family, who will be in attendance due to the high-profile nature of the case. Judge Valerie Robison declined the request, saying seating has never been an issue in the past.

Jensen faces two counts of criminally negligent homicide and other charges in the November 2012 deaths of her young sons William and Tyler. Her trial is set for January 21.
