GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – Locals of the Grand Valley are gathering to release pink and blue balloons for those who were killed in the Connecticut school shooting. The event will begin Sunday, Dec. 23 at 6 p.m on the corner of 1st and Grand.
