Sheriff's Office searches for missing man

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -- The Mesa County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding a missing man.

Lou Schneider, 81, was last seen on Saturday, Feb. 23. His family believes he ate at the Grand Junction Golden Corral restaurant on Highway 6 & 50 early Saturday evening, according to sheriff's office spokesperson Heather Benjamin.

Schneider is 5'11" and weighs about 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair.

He was driving a 4-door green 1999 Buick Century with the Colorado license plate 551WYA.
