From Thin Mints to Samoas, Tagalongs to Trefoils-- everyone has their favorite Girl Scout cookie. And there's no better day to stock up than today.

Friday is National Girl Scout Cookie Day!

The Girl Scouts of Colorado are taking part in the effort to ask 50 million cookie fans across the country to buy or order more boxes of cookies.

Here in Colorado, they’re kicking off booth sales at retail locations in their hometowns.

But this year, the scouts are hoping to see their cookie sales go viral, making a major push for sales via social media.

Booth sales will run through March 3. Boxes are $3.50 each, and all of the money raised supports Girl Scouts of Colorado programs.
