GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -- A new website developed by Colorado Department of Revenue's Liquor Enforcement Division is aiming to help you monitor how big of a problem underage drinking is in our community, and what's being done locally to curb it.

The site, funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Justice Office - Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, has three main features:

1- Minor in Possession Records search: shows which ages of kids have the most number of citations, and which months of the year are most popular for teen drinking.

2- Liquor License Compliance Records search: shows which local businesses have undergone compliance checks and whether the business passed or failed.

3- Anonymous tip submission: submit tips about businesses serving alcohol to minors, or residences where you suspect underage drinking is occurring.

Don Burmania, Director of Colorado Liquor and Tobacco Enforcement Division, said the goal of the site is to "give people in Colorado an idea of the level of compliance or non-compliance with underage drinking laws in the state of Colorado."

The website can be found at: www.colorado.gov/eudl.
