Nick -N-Willy's annual coat drive

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – Your new or used coat can be put to good use by someone else, and when you give one away, you can score a free pizza for your donation.

Nick-N- Willy's Pizza is hosting its annual coat drive for the Salvation Army.

Cold weather is just around the corner, and the pizza joint is accepting clean coats in good condition to donate to the Salvation Army.

Nick-N-Willy's Pizza place is returning your generosity with a little of their own.

"There's a lot of children that need coats, there's a lot of adults, and I know in my closet I have a lot of coats that can be re-used, and it's just a great way to clean out your closet, but also to help our neighbors here in the valley," Nick n Willy’s owner Janie Van Winkle said.

It's the seventh year for the coat drive; the drive goes though the end of November.

Drop your coats at Nick n Willy's Pizza on Horizon Drive, near the Safeway. When you do you'll get a free medium cheese pizza with the purchase of a large pizza.
