GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) The Colorado National Monument hosted an honorable group today. A reunion took place for Peace Corps volunteers from around the country. In fact, only one person was local.

The Peace Corps have made significant and lasting contributions around the world in agriculture, food security, business, civil development, education and health.

The volunteers in attendance for the reunion, worked in the Peace Corps as teachers and agricultural extension agents in small villages in Africa.
