Dodge pickup possibly tied to hit and run

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -- New details have emerged about a Sunday morning hit and run that left one woman hospitalized.

Grand Junction Police are asking for your help finding the driver of a dark-colored Dodge Dakota pickup that may have information about the incident.

Around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Clifton resident Amber Davidovich, 32, attempted to flag down a dark-colored Dodge Dakota on the corner of 9th and Main Streets, according to witnesses.

A short time later, witnesses report hearing the pickup drive away, then they saw Davidovich lying on the ground, seriously injured.

She was taken to the hospital and was in critical condition as of Monday morning.
