PALISADE, Colo. Palisade is putting the question of opening recreational marijuana shops back on its November ballot and one medicinal pot shop in town is making plans if it passes.

Jesse Loughman, owner of Colorado Alternative Health Care, says if residents of Palisade vote to allow recreational pot shops in town his current store, which only sells medicinal marijuana, won't be changed.

However he says he's considering opening a recreational shop in a different location in town. Loughman says he turns away at least 10 people everyday who want to buy recreational pot so he says there's a market for it in the Valley.
