Roice-Hurst presents french toast fundraiser
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – Join Laughing Dog Coffee House in supporting the homeless cats and dogs in the Grand Valley. The Roice-Hurst Humane Society is hosting a French Toast for Furry Friends fundraiser today, Jan. 27.
All proceeds from the special menu item that day will benefit the non-profit shelter and adoption center, beginning at 7 a.m. One slice of French toast will be a minimum donation of $3.50 and two slices will be $5.
Customers can also bring in their best “laughing dog” pet picture to be entered in a photo contest with a $2 entry fee. All pictures will be kept by the coffee house and will be posted on their wall. The best photo will win a prize.
