Palisade, Colo. (KKCO) --- The Peach Valley Bar-Brew-Still Rods and Wheels Poker Run and Funfest took place today.

Drivers registered in Grand Junction and drove over the Mesa and to the Palisade Funfest where they had a dunk tank with local celebrities, a bounce house for kids and face painting.

"The purpose behind this was to help Latimer House recoop the stolen shoes that they lost," said event coordinator, Sherry Harmon. "Women's shoes in sizes 10 and up are a little more pricey than those of us who have smaller feet."

Attendees were treated to a barbecue and live music at the livery saloon after the ride.

All of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Latimer House.
