Tyler and his brother William were left inside their mother's SUV on the Grand Mesa last Tuesday. William died at the scene, Tyler was transported to Children's Hospital in Denver. He had been on life support over the past week as doctors told family his kidneys, liver and brain were failing. Tyler was taken off life support last night.

The release also says no arrests or arrest documents have been obtained, filed or executed. Officials say the case is active and on-going and updates will be given as they are available.

The Mesa County Coroner performed an autopsy of William Nov. 28. But results are not available, the news release cites the on-going investigation.

I pray they arrest this mother and charge her for the deaths of these two little boys. There is not excuse for what she has done. I don't understand why she hasn't been taken into custody yet. What are they waiting for?
