GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. More sunshine and warmer days allow everyone to get out and enjoy all Western Colorado has to offer.
But for some people, this time of year means itchy throats, runny and stuffy noses, and a daily battle with spring-time allergies.
According to weather.com pollen levels in Grand Junction these next few days will be high, with the most active trees being elm, maple and cottonwood.
And as our cars and homes start to get covered with all of that pollen, your symptoms might start kicking in.
But experts say you can fight back, tarting with simple over the counter treatments; like Benadryl, Allegra, Zyrtec or Claritin.
