CLIFTON, Colo. (KKCO) -- The two men stabbed Wednesday night will be recovering at home over the holidays.

Around 9:30 p.m., the Mesa County Sheriff's Office was called to the 3200 block of E Road in a Clifton trailer park for reports of a stabbing.

When deputies arrived on scene, they found two men suffering from knife wounds.

The men were both rushed to the hospital in an ambulance, and after treatment there, they were released Thursday morning.

No arrests have been made, but officials believe the two injured men were the only ones involved in the altercation.

A witness at the scene was taken to the Mesa County Sheriff's Office for questioning.

Deputies requested a search warrant to investigate the property, but that warrant has been sealed and is not available to the public.
