GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) A fire at a Grand Junction business knocks power out until Friday.

It happened just before midnight at the Tropical Island Tanning Salon at 4th Street and North Avenue.

Fire officials say they still don't know what caused the fire.

Flames spread to couple of other businesses nearby including a tatoo parlor and an import shop.

Fire officials say power had to be cut off to all 3 businesses and won't be restored until sometime Friday.

No one was injured. The salon sustained extensive fire damage, so it will be some time before a loss estimate is available.
