Grand Junction, Colo. (KKCO) – The stars of the Grand Junction Air Show flew into town Wednesday afternoon. The Blue Angels pilots were greeted upon their arrival by members of the Grand Junction city council, along with representatives from the Colorado State Patrol.
The air show kicks off Friday with the Blue Angels performing on both Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. The last time the angles took to the skies in the Grand Valley was back in 2008.
After the show in Grand Junction, the Blue Angels take flight to Hawaii on what they call their long tour. Tickets are still available for the show here in the valley.
KKCO is a proud sponsor of the show.
