GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. A Mesa County judge sentenced Dartanian Mitchell on three different cases against him Monday.
Mitchell's sentences will run concurrently on the trespassing, burglary and theft cases.
He was given eight years in prison for second degree burglary, but credit of 769 days served. He must also pay court fines and costs of more than $7,200 for the three cases and serve three years on parole once he's released.
