MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KKCO) -- Two men have pleaded guilty to the murder of a man who's body was discovered in Orchard Mesa last October.
Rigoberto Luna was found strangled on Oct. 22, 2012 near B ½ and 29 ¾ roads.
In a Mesa County courtroom Thursday, Nathan Dennis pleaded guilty to first degree assault with a deadly weapon, violent crime using a weapon and robbery in Luna's death. Aaron Ungles pleaded guilty to second degree murder.
In exchange for the guilty pleas, all other charges against the pair -- including identity fraud -- were dropped.
Dennis, Ungles and Sadie Camis were arrested after surveillance videos showed them using Luna's stolen ATM cards.
The two men will be sentenced on July 25.
