United Way gives back to local programs

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - The United Way prides itself in giving back to the communities in which it resides, and it made good on that promise on Tuesday.

Fifty-two local programs are going to receive funding from United Way beginning July 1.

The organizations receiving funds from United Way:

Grand Valley Peace and Justice
Hilltop Community Resources
