CLIFTON, Colo. (KKCO) -- A driver is in the hospital after the water truck he was driving rolled over on the interstate.
Colorado State Patrol troopers were called to the I-70 Clifton exit at 6:42 Friday morning for reports of a Knowles water truck rollover in the eastbound lane.
When emergency crews arrived, they had to pry the driver out of the truck.
He was conscious and breathing, and an ambulance took him to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The truck had rolled off the road, so early morning traffic was not heavily impacted in the area.
