A positive identification has not been made at this time. However, agents believe they're that of Sherry Arnold, 43, a high school math teacher from Sidney, Montana. Arnold went missing while running near her Montana home January 7th. Williston, North Dakota is about 50 miles from Sidney Montana. According to the FBI, the body was buried. At this time, it's not clear what lead investigators to that location. Meanwhile, 22 year old Michael Keith Spell, and 47 year old Lester Van Water Junior, both of Parachute, pleaded not guilty last month to one count each of aggravated kidnapping in Montana State District Court. However, Spell allegedly told investigators that he grabbed Arnold as she was jogging along a Montana City Street, and that Waters choked her to death. Waters was caught in Williston, North Dakota. Spell was caught in Rapids City, South Dakota. The location of the body across the state line from where the kidnapping occurred means there could be federal charges. The men could face the death penalty if convicted.
