Pet Owners Say Water in Dog Park Too Dirty

Hanna, a black lab, swims across the dog pond to get her tennis ball. Haley, a boxer mix, can only watch from the sidelines. Alexis Whitely, Haley's owner, says, "either drain the water and leave it out or clean it up." Whitely, says, Hanna, got sick after playing in the pond water, at the dog park, for five days straight.
