GRAND JUNCTION, Col. (KKCO)-- The annual Lands End Hill Climb began on Saturday as racers gathered from around Colorado to compete on the Grand Mesa.
The Saturday races were only tune-ups for the real race on Sunday, but that didn't stop the drivers from busting out speeds of up to 90 miles per hour on the windy, gravel roads.
The annual race is put on by CHCA Racing, and it has been going on since the 1940's.
