BOULDER, Colo. (AP) -- A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery after authorities say he walked into a Boulder bank and passed a note demanding money.
The suspect, identified as Eric John Raber, turned himself in to a Boulder police officer who was interviewing people Saturday afternoon near the bank.
Police say about 30 minutes before he turned himself in, Raber entered a Chase Bank branch on Canyon Boulevard and demanded money from a teller, then took the note back and left. No money was stolen.
The Daily Camera tells us Raber was taken to the Boulder County Jail.
