Toys for Tots having “Fill the Van with toys” kick-off

Those at the Mesa County Toys for Tots are gearing up for the holiday season.

This weekend kicks off the collection period between now and Christmas. Toys donated will be giving to children in Mesa county.
Members of the organization gathered at ALCO in Orchard Mesa to collect.

"Those over 11 are the ones that probably could use a good thought and don't always get it, but we'll come up with something," said Toys for Tots Coordinator Penny Miller.
