9Health Fair information

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - It's become a health care fixture in the community, and yesterday the 9Health Fair announced its 2013 schedule.

IntelliTec College will be the new location of the 9Health Fair this year.

The fair provides more than 20 free and 8 low-cost health screenings.

Along with blood work, the 9Health Fair will also have professionals there to assist residents with information about all different health concerns.

"We're going to have different interactive educational centers where they can come ask a physician if they have a question," said Adam Burke, with IntelliTec College.

The 9Health Fair will take place on April 19th and 20th, and to make the process go a little faster, they offer pre-blood draws March 11-15.

The advance blood draw requires a 12 hour fast prior and the spots are filling up fast, so if you're interested, call 245-8101 to make an appointment.
