The Colorado State Patrol is reporting to an incident on I-70 eastbound. Thirty to 40 bales of hay fell onto the highway around mile marker 55.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday evening. The highway is currently open, and CSP says no accidents were caused as a result of the hay falling onto the highway.

CSP has sent a highway crew to get the hay cleaned up as soon as possible.
