Authorities seek help in two school vandalism cases

Authorities need your help finding the suspects responsible for vandalizing two local elementary schools.

Chipeta Elementary school was vandalized sometime between 5 p.m. Wednesday June 13th and 9 a.m. June 14th. Police say the suspects vandalized the school sign and broke a window in the back of the building. The damage is expected to cost around $1500.

If you have any information, you're encouraged to call crime stoppers at 241-7867. You can remain anonymous and could earn an award for your information.

Pear Park Elementary School was also vandalized on Saturday. One man was caught and is being charged, but two others managed to get away.
