Car on fire closes turn lane on North Avenue

A car fire is blocking a turn lane on North Avenue and 28 3/4 Road.

A single car started fire at about 2 p.m. blocking the lane going into the Wal-Mart parking lot.

The Grand Junction Fire Department is at the scene.

    Almost 7 hours and no updates? hmmm guess a car just caught fire for no reason and no one was in it.
