The Montrose Regional Airport has completed its new Taxiway “B” project.
The project was built to increase aircraft throughput and safety at the airport, and is a parallel taxiway to Runway 13-31. The cost of the project was $3,851,953, and was completed by United Companies Inc.
There will be a ribbon cutting on Monday, August 13th at 11 a.m.
Rehabilitation of Runway 17-35 project is slated to start within a few days. This project is expected to cost $9,113,036.
