Use tax is double taxation. Why should my business have to pay taxes on all of our equipment that we use daily to do our job? We paid the sales taxes on it when we bought it. If you wonder why all the jobs are leaving CO just look at the CO tax codes especially GJ's. It is totally anti small business.

Now let's see if EXCEL increases our monthly charges or they remain where they are! (We all know that they won't reduce them even if their overhead is less.)
