Indians Surge In Second Half To Beat Tigers

MONTROSE, Colo. - The Grand Junction Tigers took the early lead but fell behind in the second half to lose to the Montrose Indians 42-31 on Friday night.

It was the first conference game of the season for both teams as the Indians improve their record to 4-4 overall and the Tigers fall to 3-5 on the season.

The Tigers next game is at Stocker Stadium against the Durango Demons on Friday, October 26 at 7:00 p.m.

The Indians play next against the Central Warriors at Stocker Stadium on Saturday, October 27 at 1:00 p.m.
