Indians Win In Lone Appearance At Classic

GRAND JUNCTION - The Montrose Indians baseball team took place of the Palisade Bulldogs on Friday for the teams lone appearance of the year at the Bill Fanning Baseball Classic.

The Indians picked up a win in the process defeating Woodland 5-1 at Canyon View Park.

Montrose will not play again in the Classic while the Palisade Bulldogs will play again on Saturday morning against Woodland Park at Suplizio Field. The first pitch will be thrown at 10:00.
