GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- 10th-ranked Montrose didn't have the type of showing it would have liked against Grand Junction on Wednesday night.

On the other hand, the Tigers, in front of their own crowd, experienced exactly the type of meet they enjoy.

Led by sophomore Jacob Trujillo and his 17th victory by pin this season, the Tigers dominated the Indians 54-24 to seal the team title.

Trujillo, 17-0 to start the season, is the top ranked wrestler in 5A at 145 lbs., but on Wednesday he wrestled at 152 lbs. to fill in missing spots for his team.
